“I don’t know. Wait, let me try to call him.” Valerie opened her phone and dialed Justin’s number. “Hello Justin, where are you? Bianca asked if you had blocked her on your phone; she said you couldn’t be reached.”

Bianca was just listening while Valerie talked with Justin for a few seconds, and when she ended the call, she was curious to know. “So, what did he say?” She was eager to know the details of their conversation.

“He said to call you later.” Valerie pocketed her phone and drank the cold juice that was given to her by Bianca. She could understand how Bianca felt right now because it was not okay to suddenly lose a friend. And she was close to Justin. Surely, she was hurt that Anabel forbade Justin to visit her.
