Chapter 53. Escape

Aurelia’s POV

I opened my eyes to the sight of an unfamiliar, dark environment with a morbid smell pervading the whole space.

Wrinkling my nose, I attempted to sit up, but noticed that my limbs had been restrained. My eyesight was not really affected in the dark, so I was able to see that I had been tied to a wooden chair.

I could feel the painful throb in my head, and the pain made me groan in discomfort.

One thing was sure, I had been captured by someone.

My heart skipped a bit, I could not make sense of this situation as I had no enemies. I could not help but suspect Alpha Bronson even.
