When the first ray of sunlight seeped into the room, I opened my eyes habitually.

I remained in a daze for a while, feeling the odd sensation of my invigorated body. Still in a daze, I shifted slightly and finally noticed the weight on my second arm.

My brows shot up in surprise, and I turned sideways.

Yet, when I saw the petite figure lying docilely in my arms, a large part of my heart turned soft instantly.

The memory of last night emerged in my mind, and my lips curved into a small, soft smile.
