Issahil's POV

The night had deepened, and I was sitting with Alpha Logan in silence on the grass. My mind was still a whirlpool of emotions, memories, and conflicting feelings. The silence between us was thick with unspoken words.

As the first light of dawn began to creep over the horizon, casting a pale glow over the landscape, I finally turned to Logan, my heart pounding in my chest 

“I will be honest with you, Alpha Logan,” I began, my voice barely above a whisper. “I was really hurt by what happened between us. I can't even begin to tell you how hurt I was... but then, I can understand that you never meant to hurt me deliberately... that you were being manipulated…” I paused, my voice trailing off as I shook my head sadly. The memories were painful still and I could feel the sting of tears behind my eyes and nostrils.
