Chapter 20. Feeling Nervous

"Um, I ... I just got drunk on a lot of thoughts, Dean," Bryana explained nervously. 'Dean shouldn't know that I'm drunk because I can't see him with other girls,' she continued to herself while drinking lime juice using a spon.

Dean nodded in understanding then remembered his low financial condition, coinciding with Sofia's birthday that was getting closer. he glanced at Bryana in a huff and wanted to borrow some money, but hesitated because he hadn't been working for long.

Seeing the anxiety on Dean's face, Bryana realized it and asked, "What's wrong with you? Is there a problem?"

"No, I'm just waiting to take you," Dean replied with a warm smile, but Bryana knew that the smile had a meaning that might not be the equivalent of a smile. the problem, of course, the young widow thought that the Bodyguard was hiding the problem from her.

"Just tell me, who knows I can help. Shouldn't friends be honest and help each other?" Bryana urged, stirring the juice with
