Chapter 52

Enver parked his car just outside the gate of my apartment. I roamed my eyes around and felt relieved when I saw Millie was not outside.

I am going to introduce him to our daughter but I want to make it right. I want to make sure that everything will be okay at the time they meet each other.

Well, it is not like I am ruining Enver in my daughter’s mind. But I always make sure to tell her that even if we let her father be involved in our lives, we will never be a whole family again.

That is what I expect because I engrave in my mind that he cheated on me and not that he was just framed by his father and the woman who was crazy over him.

I want to fix that before introducing them to each other.

“So, this is where you hide from me,” Enver said after we got out of his car. He roamed his eyes around and shook his head as she looked at me. “Even though you were just in the city where I built Raiden, you still manage to make sure that I won’t reach you, huh.”<
