Chapter 32

Mady’s Pov:

I slept and woke up with a frown on my face. We did not have any activity yesterday as usual just like after every other moonlight gathering so everyone would rest.

I spent the whole day sulking in my room and hoping Mo would come round but there was no sign of him.

I had imagined I heard someone walking towards my room and would look up expectantly but there was no one.

Yesterday was a very long day for me and the night long as well. My eyes were wide opened throughout the night and I still was wishing Mo would come even when it was the odd hours of the night.

I only found sleep when it was approaching daylight so did not get to sleep for long. I had to wake up for the pack’s activities.

I led some of it so I had to be there. I stood up lazily from my bed and washed my face then locked my door and headed for the gathering spot.
