“You realise, if you weren’t with Jackson, I would be trying to fuck you right now, don’t you?” His words catch me off guard. I look at him, shocked. I begin laughing. Typical Marcus, always joking about anything that involves sex.

“That is the Marcus I know. Welcome back.” I clap my hands while laughing at him.

“Not joking. Jackson knows it himself. I told him, which, I think, is why he got a bit defensive when you said I was the hot one.” I laugh, remembering back to that.
