Sitting here, Georgina and I just stay quiet, my mind processing the whole thing. I hate myself right now for causing this.

“They're on their way. You need to try and remember if it was him in your room Alena.” Jackson’s voice is soft, his arms wrapping around me, trying to comfort me. I am past being comforted. I am past getting over this without being hurt. The thought of Liam stuck with Max is scaring me. How can today end so badly? The start was fantastic. I honestly didn't think anything would make me lose the happiness I had. Well, this certainly has. I need to go, and if I go willingly to Max, he doesn’t need to keep Liam.
