Chapter 37. In the Shadows

Walking in, the twins are sitting having tea. I sit playing with them while Jackson complains I shouldn’t play with them while they eat. We both bathe them and get them in bed together, working together to get them settled. We cuddle on the sofa, watching films, while Liam and Georgina are out for the night.

“No, I mean it.
