Chapter 106

Clary sat at the dining table and her mom sat next to her. The cottage was very lovely and homey. There was a comfort in the atmosphere that the omega could not explain. 

On the other hand, she could not help the animalistic urge that she was feeling deep within her. Her fangs were even threatening to poke out but she tried her best to suppress it.  

“So…are you?” Clary asked again, adjusting herself in the chair she was sitting in. 

The lady smiled warmly and then nodded before replying verbally, “Yes, I am. And I am guessing that you two are werewolves?” She swayed the baby in her arms gently. 

“I think that’s pretty obvious,” Sarah said in response. “This is werewolf territory, human civilization is not even close to where we are.” 

The lady nodded slowly. “Well, yeah, you’re right.” She smiled lopsidedly. “So uh, I have some pineapple cake in the oven, would you two like some? And oh, we also have mashed potatoes.”
