“I don’t need to give you a reason because I am your king, you will do what I wish,” Zayn says firmly to her without blinking, and she gulps.

“And what do you wish, oh great king?” Her tone is slightly sarcastic.

“That you’d give her a chance,” He replies to her smoothly, referring to me.

“You know, I just don’t get it. Her people killed your father and you’re just okay with her being in your face,” Bunny spits the words out as she turns around to leave, but Zayn stops her by grabbing her arm.

“Do not bring my father into this or I swear I would kill you with my bare hands,” He threatens her. A rogue tear escapes one of his darkened eyes and I can tell that he is triggered emotionally.

“I think I should go,” I finally speak up, and both of them stare at me.

There is no way I could convince Bunny to let me stay, she hates my guts with a hatred that is beyond me.
