Chapter 43
Third Person’s POV
“Miss Autumn texted me earlier. She’ll be a bit late. And she said we can start our meeting even without her,” Tracy, Autumn’s assistant, said as she entered Damian’s Cuisine.
Ginny’s nervousness seemed to ease significantly upon hearing Tracy’s announcement, while Gail scratched her head and furrowed her brow. She muttered, “Very unprofessional…” and Ginny immediately reprimanded her with a pinch on her leg. Out of all the ten people in the restaurant, and the rest were the restaurant’s staff, only Ginny heard her comment.
“What should we talk about first, Ms. Tracy?” one of the fashion designers, who was also part of Autumn Wears’ marketing team, asked.
“Before everything, I’d like to ask if Ms. Drake and the other fashion designer, Ms. Palma, are here?”
“I’m here, ma’am,” Ginny replied, raising her hand.
“How about Ms. Palma?”
No one answered. It seemed that no one was familiar with her, so no one responded.
