Autumn’s POV

“So… there you go, everything went well. We talked and agreed to be friends. I really miss them, especially my best friend Ginny. We used to be so close… we understood each other’s every move back then. And I felt kinda nostalgic when she said we could be friends again,” I recounted to Jasmine.

We were at a bar where she performed, and she had just finished singing.

“How about Damian and Gail? What was their reaction?” Jasmine asked, taking a sip of her lemon juice.

“They were okay with being friends with me…” I replied. Jasmine raised an eyebrow, “And with Damian… is there something there?”

“I don’t know, Jasmine… but earlier, I didn’t feel anything when he held my hand,” I said with a smile. Jasmine grabbed both my hands, “Congrats, girl!”

I laughed at her and took a sip of my wine. “You should try some alcohol! All you have is juice. You’re too healthy,” I teased while she sipped her lemon juice.

“Heh, alcohol is bad,”
