I heard Abe’s voice. It was coming from behind.

“Aren’t you going to look at me? Do you perhaps have this idea of ignoring me since you kissed me in front of everyone at the academy?” He said to me, holding my hand and forcing me back to his countenance; he leaned a bit away from me.

I glimpsed past him and I saw two chairs at his flank.

Abe trekked to one of the chairs, brought me along, and pushed me down to sit by pressing hard on my shoulders.

“I am fine. I just felt uncomfortable having to sit down with you,” I answered his question.
