Chapter 10. His Unknown Donor
After praying Isha, Bushra got everything set and left. She made her way to the door but paused when she heard her name being called. She heaved a sigh and ambled toward her father’s living room.
She entered and kept the basket beside her before settling down on the carpet. Sadiq was right beside baba, also seated on the carpet.
“Welcome back, baba. I didn’t know you were back.” She ducked her head when her father looked at her. For more than a week, she had been avoiding him. And it certainly had to do with Sadiq’s issue.
