Chapter 23. Seducing the Boss

A whole weekend, Alana spent it with Santiago and left no room for the nurse to do anything bad. It was obvious she was a mean witch and to children, she was a devil. Despite the many times, Ricardo asked her to stay away from his son. Alana went against him.

“Sir, you didn't have to… I could have taken a taxi,” Alana said awkwardly once the car stopped at the traffic lights. Ricardo was busy scrolling through his iPad to bother with her. He only did it because Marcela was watching him.

“If you can't handle my generosity, then pay Dennis the same taxi fare you would have paid,” Ricardo replied sarcastically and threw her a side glance, Alana frowned and sat comfortably. She wasn't bothered about his generosity or whatever, 

“I'm only concerned sir…we don't want your employees thinking something is going on between us,” she clearly said and averted her eyes from him. The last time, she went to the office with him and got out of his car. Alana heard some gossip
