Chapter 19. The Duel

Snow’s POV

Stefan and Kol are in the middle of the water. The current is high, and the pressure of the water fights against their resistance. They’re both dressed in nothing but trousers. They have no weapons because, according to the tradition here in the North, only physical strength is used when fighting in a duel.

Everything is decorated like it is a party. I am dressed in stupid expensive clothes and placed to sit on a high chair. I feel like an object about to be sold and bought.
