Adonis's POV

I looked at the phone to see if it was still ongoing and saw Jessica was the caller. I just lost more of my mood.

"What?" I harshly asked.

“Adonis, it’s almost a month. Don't you have any plans to come back ...?” She was still hesitant to ask that but I think this woman's shame was really thick.

“Don’t fool me, Jessica. If I find out what your purpose is and you are lying, I will not forgive you.” I stammered sharply at her.

“A-adonis ..! This is your child!” She stuttered while speaking.

“I will also know the truth, when I find out that there is no truth in what you said, be prepared. I will never forgive you.”

She didn’t speak on the other line but I could already hear her sobs. Since I didn't have time to listen to her drama, I turned off the call and stood up.

I got up to get ready. Perhals, I’ll just try to walk today. I haven't exercised for a few weeks.
