“Brielle, let go of your reins. You’re doing it willingly.” Darius said softly, his gaze fixed on the leather-clad beauty in front of him.

He could see her trembling in the dim blue lighting where they both stood feet apart, and he could even smell her fear.

She had been standing by the entrance since the maids had brought her to the room, unmoving, and while he liked her shyness, he would have preferred her to be a little bolder.
