Chapter 16
Thama's POVI'm not sure how I got home; all I know is that my legs were the ones that carried me.
My driver had to help me leave the company using the private exit.
All I know is that I am not deserving of everything that is happening to me.
As I get out of the car as it comes to a stop at the Luciano villa, my thoughts are not in the right place as my driver keeps asking whether I am okay.
To be honest, I'm not sure whether I'm okay either; as I enter the villa, the caretakers greet me, but I don't answer.
As I pass by the three brothers, they are seated and watching what appears to be football.
Cirino, on the other hand, yells out my name and asks the same question as the driver, but I don't know the answer.
I remain silent and proceed to my room, leaving everyone to worry about what's up with me.
I tried to think of something to make me weep, but it wasn't enough to bring tears to my eyes as I walked to the bathroom.
