Before anyone could consider it possible, I got a job in a very well located office in the city.
My father was able to contact important people, and, practically one day after I returned home, I was already employed. At least I had a place to dedicate all my thoughts and not have free time to cry and regret the longing for Edward. The first day away from him was chaos. I was just crying. I couldn't eat. I couldn't sleep. It was the pain of a stronger breakup than I've ever felt in my life.
