The following morning, Germaine set out with Dilla and Connie. They did not have a particular destination in mind, but Germaine wanted the spell from Rage lifted off her. Before she left, Keratin had begged her to be safe and to come back on time. He kissed her passionately and said he would count the hours till she was back.
