Chapter 57

His birthday celebration was indeed special as they made love all night, and Catherine woke up with sore muscles in the morning. They were both unsatiable, and they kept on waking each other for another round. Her muscles were not only sore, but she was still tired and wanted to sleep some more.

As much as she wanted to stay in bed, she had to go to work, and she promised Jonas that she would cook for breakfast. Spam was expensive and it’s not something they could have every day, but she went to the nearest supermarket and bought a can, eggs, and green onions. She also bought a dozen of powdered juices because it was a regular on their table every mealtime.

Jonas had no idea that she went to the supermarket while he was still snoring. Fifteen minutes later, she was back with the groceries she bought and immediately proceed to the kitchen to cook. The rice was almost done when she checked the rice cooker, and she only have to scramble the eggs and fried the spam.
