After missing Beta Kelvin's name and signature in the register, I decided that it would be best if I went to the security camera's instead. Since there was no record of him coming in or going out, the only option left to find out was the CCTV. 

I hurriedly made my way to the security room, hoping that the cameras had captured Beta Kelvin's movements. The security guard in charge was on leave since his wife had given birth, but I hoped that I would find his replacement, who would help me navigate through the footage. 

I entered the security room and noticed a young intern sitting at the desk, completely engrossed in his phone. “Hello, can I see the CCTV footage of today and yesterday?" I asked. 

The intern looked up from his phone, startled by my presence. "And you are? How did you come in? You can't just walk in here and demand the CCTV footage." His voice was defensive, clearly not aware of my authority.
