Three months had passed since the shadow incident. I never told Alpha Maseno about it because I wasn't sure if what I had seen was true or if it was just in my head.
Although I had mustered up enough courage and walked up to his office door, I stopped.
I knew if I were to tell him about the shadows, the bird, and stuff, he would want to know if someone else had seen them apart from me.
