Alpha Kanen’s POV

I stood a little way off, watching Rose. She was sitting quietly, her shoulders down as if it was carrying something heavy, and I could see the sadness in her eyes, even from here. It hurt to see her like this, knowing that I was the reason for it. I had already tried twice to apologize, but she wasn’t ready to listen.

But as I watched her, I couldn’t shake the feeling that I needed to try again. I hated the distance between us, the coldness that had settled in. It wasn’t like her to be so distant, and it made me worry that things were getting worse.

I thought about what to do. Should I give her more space, or should I try one more time to make things right? I didn’t want to push her too much, but at the same time, I couldn’t just stand here and do nothing.

Taking a deep breath, I made up my mind. I would go to her again. This would be the third time I tried to ask for her forgiveness, but I had to try. I couldn’t let things stay like
