Alpha Kanen’s POV

She met my gaze, her eyes focused and bright with confidence. “It’s the only way, Kanen. They won’t come out unless they think they’ve got me cornered. This is the best shot we have.” She said trying to make some sense but I still wasn’t into her idea.

I shook my head, unwilling to accept it. “And what if something goes wrong? What if they’re more prepared than we think? We can’t lose you, Rose.” I said to her trying to let her know that she is important.

Joe, who had been standing with his arms crossed, pushed off and took a step forward. “Alpha Kanen’s right,” he said firmly. “This plan is too risky. There has to be another way.” Joe said again trying to convince her again.
