It was time for us to sleep, so we lay down on the bed and turned our gazes to the ceiling as we did so. I shifted my body to face him, and he did the same thing, our eyes meeting for a moment, before his lips tore into a smile.

I wasted no time, and encircled his neck with my arms, giving him a passionate kiss, pouring all of my unspoken words and emotions into it to let him know that I loved him.
