Chapter 74

Freya’s POV

Out in the open large field, right beside the main school building, all the students gather in our sport outfits for a run.

The setting is almost as similar as the one months ago, the first night Silas and I had hung out.

The exercise is much more different from that, however, with no racing being involved.

We are divided into groups to scout the bushes and train in our wolves.

The best part of this exercise is all the students in both different programs participated together.

It’s a huge relief once I spot Xena few feet away. Her eyes lit up almost as bright as mine.

“Xena!” I cry out, dashing towards her.

“Freya!”

We grip ourselves in a bone tight hug, with Xena almost strangling me.

Once all the air has been squeezed from my lungs with no way of taking more in, I tap her before she lets me go, dropping me back down.

“Sorry, you are so light. It’s so easy to pick you up and squeeze you to death.”
