Chapter 72

Summer POV

“Where are you going, Summer?” Estelle cried.

“To kill him!” I shouted.

“Or he’s going to kill you! Are you insane?” Rachel barked.

“He just killed my Mom, and who knows, maybe even Viktor. Gosh, Ezra.” Panic settled in my gut.

“If the Alpha were dead, we could all feel it,” Rachel said.

The death of an Alpha was an incredible event, and all nature connected to him would feel it.

“I’m not going to stand here and wait for something else to happen,” I said.

“Well, you're Luna, so what do we do?” Estelle mumbled and folded her arms.

Rachel lifted a shoulder and rolled her eyes.

“Dimitri can transfer the curse to anyone so who knows how many more cursed wolves are out there. We need to build a fire. A huge one.”

“There’s a lawn mower in the shed out back. We can get the gas from there,” Rachel said.
