Back at my new apartment, a place only my closest friends would know about. While Cedric, Zane, and Draven were also friends, this new space felt different. I busied myself with preparing and organizing everything.

Opening Lysandra’s box revealed a treasure trove of memories—pictures of us together and best friend bracelets. I wasted no time in slipping one onto my wrist, a smile spreading across my face as I reminisced everything.

I settled down on the vintage sofa and opened my laptop to check my emails. Among the usual school notifications and newsletters was a message from my new good friend, Evangeline, whom I also told about my new place as she was asking me a lot, along with my other friends.
