Chapter 59. Another Figure

Angela woke up from her sleep, and her breath was rushed. Cold sweat flowed profusely from her forehead. With quick steps, she walked out of her room as if she was directed to the back garden. In her back garden, she could see an older man sitting on one of a chair, humming. Filled with curiosity, Angela walked towards the older man slowly. The cold air was increasingly felt on her skin as she walked closer to the older man, and her heart was beating faster and faster. Angela then reached out her hand to grab the older man's shoulder. Still, before Angela's hand could touch him, the older man had already turned his head to Angela, which made Angela so surprised that she fell to the floor.
