Chapter 83. Their Connected Stories

Rayn lay down on his bed. After he met with Cheryl, Rayn immediately walked to his workplace at a restaurant. His mind couldn't focus while he was working today. He even delivered wrong orders to restaurant customers several times, which made him have to be scolded by his boss.

"Both of your parents are looking for you…."

Ryan ruffled his hair and sighed.

"How could this be happening? I had planned everything carefully, and I didn't expect that mommy and daddy were looking for me and ask the police to look for me outside Richcounsin."

Rayn then sat him down on his bed and leaned his body against the head of the bed. The mirror, which was right in front of his bed, allowed Rayn to see his reflection in front of the mirror.

"Shit…" Rayn chuckled when he saw his messy and stressed appearance. He then stepped his feet closer to the mirror.
