Chapter 43. The Diagnosis
I nodded. “Yes, I do.”
“Let me check, then.” After a while, he stared at me. “From my checking, it looks like you are pregnant. It’s still early. My diagnosis may be wrong. Yet if you keep nauseating for a few days ahead, it may be right.”
I touched my stomach. “Can you help reduce the nausea?”
“Sure. It’s easy. Drinking lemon or ginger tea is good for you.”
“Anything else?”
“Don’t drink alcohol and coffee. Don’t eat raw food either.”
“Thank you. Susanne, please send our Theta to the door.”
Susanne did what I asked. But before he could leave my room, the door snapped open. My father was there, looking at our Theta.
