“Oops! Sorry, I’m late.” She waved her hand as everyone stopped to stare at her including the pastor. “Carry on, pope! Good Lord my daughter must be buried accordingly.” Her Birkin bag bounced as she marched to the front where the coffin was and placed a rose bouquet on it.
“Bitch!” Harriet fumed with clenching jaws.
“You know her?!” I whisper-yelled as I studied the woman.
“Of course I do, after all, she did miss out on eleven years of her daughter’s life only to come in on her funeral.” She shook her head and massaged her temples. She looked stressed and mentally frustrated.
“Well that is some serious drama going on, I had no idea Camille had a dysfunctional family as well.” Aurora grinned as she eyed the woman that gripped the coffin dramatically, making a hell of a scene.
