Elias slowly woke up. He looked confused at first, but the moment he saw me, his swollen eyes widened in shock.

He coughed out first, spewing blood on my clothes directly.

"I- I did- I.." He stuttered. 

He tried to sit up. It looked like a hard thing for him to do, but he sat up anyway.

"I swear, I didn't mean to tell them about everything; I was- I was threatened." I sassed.

"Oh, yeah? And I'm pregnant, too. Maybe if you're true with us now, I might decide to let you go." I added.

Astrid stepped behind me with the phone in her hand; she had been scrolling on it. She pressed something on it, and an audio started playing.

Elias's voice came up first, "Hi, it's me again. The summit is meant to start in a few days, and you know what that means."
