Chapter 156. Letter to Ox
I got back to my office later that evening after having dinner with Lovette, Anthony and my mom and finalizing plans for the ceremony tomorrow. It was a vibrant evening and no one had brought up anything about the war and vampires.
I told Lovette I’ll join her in my quarters soon enough. I needed to think about what to do as regards the war and no one else was to bother about it asides myself. Anthony had spoken to the guards and manpower spread across the green moss pack in the meeting held just before dinner. Everyone was alert and they were just awaiting instructions from me. No one knew when Felix would strike but I knew for certain that it wasn’t anytime soon since he couldn’t have organized the rogues and the vampires for a war that soon.
