Chapter 171. Fighting the Urge

“Ox………..” I called again since I wasn’t sure he was going to answer to the first call.

“I told you to not talk Peggy. I told you to not talk!” He growled angrily. That was enough to make me shut up for the rest of the night but I was just too stubborn. Or I was just not sensible enough………

“Just stay away.” He said and began to move away like he was shielding himself from me. He was sitting on the bed now, squatting literally.

I tried to force myself to get rid of the idea of trying to go to him. I was going to be risking my life and that wasn’t something that I wanted to do.
