Chapter 25. The Meet
“Of course not, please drop the curtain.” He replied. I looked up and saw that there was indeed a curtain that I could drop to conceal my temporary bathroom.
I pulled it down and proceeded to have my bath.
When I was done I put on the same clothes I had been wearing and now I was more aware of the stench that came out from it.
It was filthy. I came out and the man took the bucket from me.
He pointed to the house with his finger, motioning for me to go back inside. I knew I definitely didn’t have many options in terms of escaping and I was not about to foolishly try to do so when I wasn’t certain I would get away successfully.
I turned and walked back to the house. We had definitely gone behind the building since we had to circle it to get back to the front door. When we got in he left the door open and so the light from the sun illuminated the room. I could final
