Chapter 41. Plans to Leave

“Thank you.”

Manuel nodded. “You’re still working to leave?”

“Yes. Bria agreed to help me last night but only if I helped her do this. “

“Can you trust her?”

“Yes I…….I have to trust her. Especially after last night, she went to such measures for me. She really needs this money.”

“I’ve known for a while that she was trying to leave Felix too. She steals from him often too. So yes she’s definitely here for money. What I don’t know however is if she can be trusted. You must be cautious Lovette……”

“I will.” I got closer to him. He put his hands on my waist and pulled me in close. I parted my lips and he sunk his tongue into my mouth. We stood there just kissing and enjoying each other’s warmth. It was so soothing and calming that I didn’t want to leave.

We embraced for a while too and when I was satisfied I withdrew from him.

“I’ll leave now.” He whispered.

“Okay.” He leaned in and kissed me on the forehead then he smile
