James Turner looked at me and seemed to ponder my words, finally sighed and said:

" Okay, if I can’t help you escape now I need to hide you, at least until I can retake the castle." 

He shook my hand even more and ran with me through another corridor, came to a door and opened it quickly, we went down a poorly lit stone staircase, followed for a few more meters until we reached a wide place, was better lit with torches on the walls, was a circular space, there were chains on the walls.

" What is this place? "

' It’s where we trap wolves who can’t stay conscious enough at the full moon. - James answered and let go of my hand, he walked quickly to a point between chains and the wall, he took something out of his pocket and the wall simply gave way, revealing a secret room."
