I ran for miles. I didn’t know where I was going, but I was going somewhere far away from here.

I’ve been running for hours in the dark. Blood was smeared on my black coat as I hit dead tree trunks and rocks. The physical pain felt good.

I felt my Alpha title being ripped out. I was now a rogue. I had no one.

I entered a city called Europhia. This was where I belonged now, far from my past.

I shifted and dressed. Before I shifted I had tied my clothes to my ankles. Thank god I did. I roamed around the busy streets.

Humans were everywhere. I needed to blend in. There were no supernaturals, just humans. Until I picked up a witch scent, it got stronger. It smelt a little bit like Lucinda. But it couldn’t be her. Was it?
