“It’s either you do it, or I do it. The agency will be visiting in two days. You’ll kill him in front of our sight.” I cut the call before he could say anything else.

I started to cry. Luciano changed me so much. I’ve gotten softer. I’m not fierce like how I was before.

I sensed Luciano coming. I quickly wiped my tears. He opened the door and walked in with flowers in his hand. Tulips. They were my favorite.

“These are for you, princess.” He handed me the flowers.

“I love them.” He caressed my cheek and kissed my lips. I loved how every day the sparks would erupt.

I frowned. I saw the bags under his eyes. “You haven’t slept much.”

“I know. I just have a lot of work. Classes, the pack, everything.”
