Chapter 46

Edna POV

After making Alpha Darrel a good luck breakfast I went back to sleep, though I wasn’t asleep when he was leaving but I pretended to be so I don’t wish him luck.

I’m sure he was mad at me when he was leaving for work. When he left, I took a nap and got up after a few minutes. I headed downstairs to get myself a bottle of water when I sighted Luna Becky. She looked at me and shook her head.

I just knew she was about to say something stupid.

“Look at how comfortable you are when your husband is doing his best to make sure the company has this partnership.” She said to me ahd sipped her coffee. She was having breakfast for dinner. I know Alpha Darrel was going for an important meeting which is why I made him breakfast myself, well she’s not aware of that.

“If I had known you were Edna I wouldn’t have let my son get married to you in the first place.” I rolled my eyes when I heard what she said, she’s said this line over a million times.
