“I thought the map pointed to a small village; how come we are facing an ancient tomb of Striga instead?” Henry said it with a disappointed look on his face and voice.

Without turning to look at his face, Darius said, “This map is old, and so is the Crystal Skull kingdom. None of them have come out of their barriers before to explore the world, meaning that they have no chance of seeing how it looks now. Moreover, check yourself; are you the same height as years ago?”

“No!” Henry wriggled his head.

“Good,” Darius acknowledged, taking another step forward, and Henry followed. “If people can change and grow, then the world is doing the same.”

“But come to think of it, how can we bypass the crystal skull barrier when no one in the kingdom could do it despite their power?”

“Too many questions make me bored,” Darius complained. “Do I need to tell you that too?” He scoffed, wondering when Henry would grow up. “Well, Lord Rey cursed their bloodline, and we are
