Bryer’s POV

As soon as Zach walks out of the room, I angrily throw the pillow against the door. How dare he come to me after what he did? He killed my baby, my trump card. My wolf howls in my head as I ball my hands into a fist. Who the hell does he think he is and how dare he? He made me lose my baby and I won’t let him go no matter what. I am going to use him to get whatever I want and be best believe, I am not even joking about it.

I close my eyes trying to calm my aching heart. Yes, I only wanted to use the child for my personal gain but it was mine and I had an attachment to it. I refuse to cry, instead I will put more effort into getting what I want. Only after I get Malachi will I be able to live peacefully. Only by his side will I be able to get everything I want. Zach can no longer offer me anything but he will be my stepping stone, I will use him to get everything I have ever wanted.
