Dalia’s POV

By the time the day was done, I had killed Alexander in seventy-nine gory ways. I had thought of drugging him and dropping him in the ocean for fishes to feed on. I had thought of cutting his break so he could get into an accident on his way home.

That man had been a pain in my ass and I just could not wait to get rid of him. He’s like the devil’s spawn or should I say a personal weapon fashioned against me?

He kept seeing fault in all that I did. He made me look for files that were not even necessary, I mean, he could have looked for the information online but he still made me look for files just for him to tell me he did not need them afterwards.
