I don’t even want to speak to Nathan right now. Asshole. I don’t know what game he was playing, keeping me waiting. I know I requested Dr. Michaels, but it was just a joke.

Fine, if he wants to be like that, I can be like that. Now, I’m sitting in the cafeteria with Simon.

“So, how was the honeymoon?” Simon asked.

“Fantastic! Unfortunately, we had to come home a day early because of the helicopter crash,” I stated. “It was sure a devastating tragedy for the family.”

“I can imagine,” Simon responded. “Everyone here was in shock. Do you know who is looking after Alfred’s kids?”

“Actually, you’re looking at Mummy, as Eliza calls me,” I said sheepishly.

“What girl?” Simon said, shocked.
