Chapter 253. Grandfather

Amelie’s POV

Carrington and I headed for the café in the lobby. Once we had our drinks and food, we sat down.

“Grandfather, in this whole tragedy. I need to advise you on a few things,” I announced.

“What do you need to say?” Carrington asked.

“Vivian is dead,” I stated. “So is Franklin Duval.”

“What?” Carrington said, shocked.

I revealed that Vivian and Franklin were Jonathan’s parents. I also explained that Vivian and Franklin orchestrated the whole kidnapping and how they brainwashed Jonathan and screwed him up all through his childhood. Jonathan had stabbed his father for trying to sexually assault me, and he had shot Vivian to protect me.
